May 28th – My turn to play….
My turn to play in the kitchen again. Tonight’s meal was chicken breast, wrapped in panchetta, on a bed of spinach and garlic mash. It wasn’t bad, if I do say so myself. The dogs did request some but alas there was none left.

Despite numerous dog beds being scattered around the house in various rooms, these 2 seem to like to hog one of the sofa’s. Flatcoats are renowned for sleeping in weird positions but we won’t have it any other way.

More work in the garden today, reclaiming a lot of ground in the chicken run by being brutal with the hedge cutter, chain saw and rotavator.
