Jamie Oliver – New day – New Photo challenge

May 13th – Lunch

So I’ve been playing in the kitchen again inspired by Mr Oliver. This is a spinach pancake, with dressed salad, avocado, chilli sauce and a fried egg. Nom, nom is all I can say, really tasty, pretty healthy and good fun.
