October 25th – Harvest time….

For nearly 6 months my demijohn containing cherry gin has sat in the airing cupboard, but today was it’s last day.

I bottled this morning and had a little glass this evening. It is very pleasant, and all I need to do is keep the dogs noses out of it 🤣
