June 18th – Vegan food?

Time to play in the kitchen again. My vegan daughter is coming for lunch soon and so doing a dry run on a vegan curry.

I normally tell her to go munch on the lawn, but I have been keeping it short with the additional lockdown time 😂

Anyway, the curry wasn’t too bad. I might make a few tweaks but not bad for a first attempt without a recipe.
